Position Statement: Don’t get me wrong, I always knew that getting an education was important. But I have never realized how truly crucial it is. If you ask me I would tell you that once I graduate college, I am done with school forever. But that is the wrong attitude to be having. Even when we graduate, we are most definitely not done learning. We learn in all kinds of different ways, every single day. Most of the Brethren have a Masters or a PHD, etc. they took their education seriously and if you read about their lives, you will learn just like I did that they hold that knowledge that they have gained, both spiritual and temporal, very near and dear to their hearts. They are great examples to me that we can never gain enough knowledge. There is always room for growth, so we should soak up as much knowledge as we can, while we are here in this life.
